Weight!

Well, thanks for "waiting". I actually did not mean to write the title to an empty post, and I laughed at myself whenever I thought about it. I left my computer at work and was trying to send a post with the ipod. I was having a hard time typing and somehow I hit " publish post" without meaning to. Then it was too late to try to get in and edit it. So, I just now saw my post with the two comments of those with enough "nerve" (or confianza) to reply.

But really, what I wanted to say is that I did lose 1 kilogram--2 pounds since the beginning of the challenge. I though it was really good, since I have not been very tough with myself. Running is really helping. Jillian says that you must run if you want to get 1/4 of your belly fat gone.
I'll keep working on it.

Wooo hoo! that´s great Maribel! You encourage me to keep at this and know that it´s ok for me to lose a little more. ;) jeje

Cardio is great for that.
