Whoa Jillian!

I've never done any Jillian workouts before...but are they supposed to be hard.? I thought I would break!!! I have two of her dvds ...30 day Shred--I did level 1 today---and Jillian Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Just wanted to check in and say that I hope to have lost something just from today--haha...no seriously, I hope something shows when I weigh in tomorrow. I started my week a day earlier than the blog start. My weight and my eating have fluctuated over the week, but I am determined to be better this week.

Yep, She is a toughy! It will work though. That 30 day shred changed my muscles incredibly! But we do have to be sure to eat wisely too. ;)

Uh, yeah! Plan on being IN PAIN for the next few days!! I don't do the 30 day shred every day, but in the ten days (over about 3 weeks) and lost 1.5 inches in my waist! So, it's worth it!!

Definitely tough! It sure is worth it though. I started out with the 30 day shred and now I'm doing the No More Trouble Zones. Sometimes I wish she would just slow down enough for me to catch my breath. I think only Wonder Woman can do her workouts without seriously sweating.

I got her 6 Week Six Pack. Haven't tried it yet, but will after I'm tired of No More Trouble Zones.

Keep at it, it will definitely make a difference.

I started the 30 Day Shred yesterday. It will be my 3rd time doing it, and every time I think I'm going to die! Doesn't this get any easier???

Thanks Ladies for the encouraging words...I felt the same way as Charlie stated...slow down Jillian!!! We'll see if tomorrow I'm in pain from soreness! Should be!

you always feel it! that´s when you know it´s working! ;) I think our hearts get somewhat use to it though. I can intensify my workouts and increase weight now.
