The Amazing Shrinking Women!

Ladies, you are becoming Amazing Shrinking Women! I am so excited to see you all keeping at your fitness journeys! It is persistance, discipline, and prayer! Spring, Spring, Spring!

I actually saw a 2 inch change too. I didn´t measure last week, so this is a two week change. 1/2 an inch in each thigh, 1/2 an inch in my waist, 1/2 an inch in my chest. I think I am pretty much back to what I was. (Almost)

Today, was my day off of exercise. I plan to get back at it full force tomorrow. I am still recooperating from trying a cleanse Monday and Tuesday. It set me for a loop. I think I did it too suddenly or too strong. Anyway... I am still eating healthy and keeping on my fitness journey right along with you all!

Be Strong in the Lord and the Power of His might!

Boy that cleanse really did put you through the loop. I hope you get better soon.

I haven't posted my measurements yet. I've lost a few inches. I will post them when I get back.

I will be back on Friday. Trevor and I are going camping up at Mt. Lemmon tomorrow.

See you then. Let's keep springing.

Congratulations - on getting back to your pre-furlough weight (I am assuming that is what you meant)! That is certainly no small accomplishment. You are an encouragement to me. Thanks!

Well done you on those 2 inches. After you mentioned the lemonade cleanse I googled it and read some reports about it being pretty grueling.

Doctors here in Germany seem to be split down the middle about fasting/cleansing de-tox etc.

De-toxing to get off opiates was bad enough to put me off de-toxing for life. I'll happily carry on drinking 2ltrs of water a day to flush my system.

(ps: for those who don't know me well. I was on opiates under medical supervision)

yeah, Kathy, I think that´s my last try at something like that! I need coffee! haha!

Really though, I think that if we drink enough water we are flushing our system out reguarly.

I can´t imagine what you went through. You and all those mastering pain are amazing.

Thanks, Vicki for the cheers and encouragement. I am a couple pounds off still from my pre furlough though. almost there. but not stressing over it.

big day tomorrow, gotta get to bed. ;)

Charlie, Hope you had a fabulous time camping! Thanks again for all your work on the blog!

Love you ladies!

Hmmm... cleanse... I have heard good things and bad things about cleanses (including a friend of my mother-in-law's who died while doing the "master cleanse." I am not sure I will be trying one for a while!

It IS encouraging to see everyone's progress, isn't it? So much fun!

I didn´t measure this week. I think I like waiting till 2 weeks go by, figuring I might have more of a chance of seeing a change for the better. I am hardly becoming a shrinking woman this challenge. But I am getting some great workouts in and that is positive, for sure.

Glad to hear you have taken off some inches! I am finding that this spring challenge is a lot easier and more consistent than the Christmas one. Must be the season. It seems that more people are keeping up with it. I appreciate all your encouragement to us ladies. Go enjoy your cup of coffee!!!
