I´m back

OK, I have no idea how long will I be able to keep up with the exercies.
I think Dani told you that I kind of had to drop off because the doctor told me I had anemia.
Anyway, yesterday I decided there is no way I can have big sandwiches like my doctor told me to eat and those recipes he gave me to try to get my ferritine up.
So yesterday I decided to start the 30 Day "shred". So far so good, even though I could feel my muscles today as I was exersising again. I kind of like to feel the pain, that tells me I´m really making my body work.

I hope I can be here more often now. I won´t be counting points but I will try to read your progress and try to encourage you all to keep working.
I haven´t even measure because I can´t find the 2 measuring tapes I got from previous challenges and I hate to buy another one when I know there are two of them somewhere around here.

At leastI will try to keep record of my weight.

have a great day.

Yippeee! I do hope you are feeling stronger. Don´t push too hard.

I had to laugh, remembering our chat. I knew you wouldn´t eat all those bocadillos. ;) Maybe Tami knows of more ways to get your iron in too.

We have been praying for you and have missed you!!

Can´t wait to see you!

So glad you are back, Ketty.

Growing up I was a very anemic child. I was always so tired, but it didn't stop me from playing hard which used to upset my mom. I remember hiding the Iron tablets because I hated the way it made me smell when I sweat. Then my mom would find out, because I'd collapse when I got home. I remember people always telling me that I can't do this or I can't do that.

As an adult, there are times when I will tip again. During those times I would have to make sure I eat something that is high in iron. Spinach, Cream of wheat, red meat, etc. have lots of iron.

I now cook with a cast iron skillet to help with the iron too. I also eat nuts as a snack.

I'm so glad you are back to working out, it really does help. Just make sure to keep within your limits. Only you and God know what that is.
