Nix the Fix - Success!

I didn't think I could do this for a whole day because I always put sugar in my coffee. Yesterday I cut it in half, and today I didn't put any in. Because I started the day well, it kept me on track eating only healthy foods, because I kept telling myself that if I could eliminate the sugar in the coffee, then I didn't want to lose five points for any other things. I can't say it will be that way for the rest of the week, but now I know it can be done. So anyone else out there that thinks they can't do it, just try it for one day. You might be surprised! Yesterday's weigh-in was a success, too. I am down 5 lbs from the start! Exercising is getting easier. I think I feel a little spring in my step!

weigh to go!!! I always put creamer in with my coffee...and today and yesterday I put half and half---it was different...but I did it. I did splurge and lost points on a date with hubby tonight...oh well...it was worth it!

good for you! I went out for Thursday coffee with the ladies yesterday but only ordered tea since there really isn't anything they offer there that wouldn't lose me my daily points. i snuck one of my oatmeal scones into my purse and nibbled on it with my tea. The tea was too bitter without sugar so I went ahead and used the artificial sweetener. I prefer the real stuff over the fake but for one week, I can make the change. :-)
