Woohoo...and Weigh In

I must first announce I finally finished a Jillian 30 day shred, without skipping ANYTHING!  I died 3x's during the session-haha-how does that happen since it's only 20 minutes...but I feel so excited about doing that on Monday!!!  AND I wasn't even sore yesterday...when I had to do my own version of Jillian b/c of tv issues!  I have NEVER not been sore from it...so, Maybe just maybe, I am getting stronger!

Weigh in...lost 2.4 pounds, and 1.5 inches this past week---I am so excited about that b/c I have seen this weight since last year! yeah!

Way to go! That extra push, when you feel like you just can't do anymore, is sometimes just what our bodies need to really get our metabolism going. I tried a new excercise video at the beginning of this challenge, and could hardly get through it, but did it today and could do it comfortably. That is a good feeling - knowing you have reached a new level of being fit!

Good job! It is amazing how hard that 20 minutes of workout can be, isn't it? Good for you for making it through - that is quite an accomplishment!

What an encouragement to see some results on the scale, too, isn't it? I can work out and know that I am getting stronger, but when I actually see results on the scale (during this challenge is the first time I have seen actual results in a LONG time even though I have been exercising consistently for a while!) it is so much more of an encouragement to keep up the healthy eating and exercise!

Great job, Karen. The 30-Day Shred is hard. I'm doing it now for the 3rd time, but I've never done it 30 days straight without a break. Keep it up.

Congratulations on your accomplishments! Isn't it a good feeling. So next time you are tempted to eat what you shouldn't, or skip your exercise, think of the results and that will motivate you to keep going. I commend you!!!
