Buy 10 pounds of any kind of legume.
Dump them on the floor. (Yes, do it!)
Start picking them up one at a time. ONE at a time.
Cook what you pick up. about 20 at a time. Add all the broth you want and eat as much as you can.
Begin picking up the legumes again.
You lose more weight if you use Lentils instead of bigger beans.
