Dani´s Tip of the Day 2

Consistancy is Key! - I have been writing this a lot lately. You see, I have seen so many work hard at their fitness journey for a short time, then they go right back to how they were eating and not moving. Movement and consistancy with that movement is so vital. We have to break the old habits and stick with the new ones. It´s not a short 2 week diet that we can be on and then be done with it. NO! It´s for life! I am talking to myself here too. We have too keep at this if we want to be healthy and fit for the rest of our lives. I encourage you to keep to your one free day and keep yourself on track with God´s strength. Encourage one another in Jesus.

I with you...consistency and movement! I had a free-weekend...and it was so hard to stop today...My friend came into town and I let myself have sweets. Back to the better way tomorrow!!

Great reminder! I think this challenge is a great step in the right direction because we are learning new habits for a significant period of time. I think that it will take a LONG time for me to break my water-drinking habit now - it is pretty well ingrained! :-)

Hey, did you write that one for me? I seem to exercise OK for a few months, and then seem to need a break of a couple of weeks. After my break, I'm ready to get back at it.

Tami, I wrote it for me too. jeje! I really need to keep remembering that it´s a long term goal. It´s for life. I gotta keep at it. the weight comes back on so fast, I get a little lazy or down, boom, I am out of routine. I just have to keep at it. I has to be a mind set or a way of life for me.
