Dani´s Tip of the day -

Eat tea and cheese at night for a snack instead of munching on something sweet. 
The protien helps curb your sweet tooth and keeps you from being too hungry in the morning.

no sugar. ;) in that sense it is better. If the pb is no sugar added and maybe a half of a banana. gotta cut out that sugar. that´s what goes on as fat.
