End of WEEK 1/Beginning WEEK 2

I have to admit...I am not very good at keep up with this journaling thing.  Since the last challenge I have been able to consistently walk 4 miles a day Mon-Fri with a fellow missionary wife here in Croatia.  It has been a blessing to have her here to walk with.  I have also been working on my water intake.  It is easy to do when the weather is quite warm.  Other times, I have to force myself to drink it.

My weight is down 1.6 lbs.

yay! That´s wonderful Kristina! Are you walking with Tori? How is she doing? I need to go visit her blog. She posted her testimony here about her fitness journey.

Praise the Lord for the almost 2lbs lost! keep on! Consistancy is key. If we let up, it will all be for nought.

I understand about the water! I have a very hard time getting in that much water unless it is summer.
