Increase so that I can Decrease!

jeje

Hi ladies,
that´s how I feel lately. I need to increase my exercise so that I can decrease my tummy which had started to get a little bloated. I have increased my workouts doing the ripped in 30 and walking 5k training. ;) I wanted to run it but the ladies I have doing it with me aren´t ready to run that far.

Here´s a picture of me from Sunday. I am still working on staying at this weight. Boy, is it hard. I have to really be careful not to ever give in to being lazy and  eating whatever.

I am on here almost everyday, and posting points.
Let´s keep sweating it ladies!!

I think you look great! And I am sure your hubby does, too :-)

I think that is one of my fears - that once I get down to my "goal" or whatever, then I am going to have to be diligent like this for the rest of my life. Back before I had kids, I exercised every so often, and didn't necessarily over-indulge in my eating, but wasn't super-vigilant about what I ate, either. So I am just afraid that I am never going to be able to get to a point where I am able to just relax a little, and not always be thinking about the exercise, the food, etc. I KNOW that I am healthier now because I am exercising so much, and eating better, but I am not really sure I can keep this up for the rest of my life!!!

Thanks Sarah!

I know what you mean, but what I have been reading that the older we get the more we are going to have to watch it. I read that by the time we are 50 we have to exercise an hour a day everyday! My goodness! Sooo well, I guess, we are just going to have to be thankful we can get it off easily now and get our habits down now. ;)

Hi Dani Joy! You and Joseph look sweet together! You are a great encouragement to me-thanks. I am plugging along. I will post shortly. That link to loosing tummy fat on this blog really helped me loose 4 pounds. It is just a very low carb diet. You look great already though.
