Red cabbage

Would you like to eat more cabbage and can't figure out another way? Someone gave me this recipe and I really enjoy it. I have modified it to be really light; the original has whipping cream.
Shred some cabbage; add fat free, sugar free pineapple yogurt, cut up canned pineapple and chopped walnuts. Mix well and enjoy. You can make with more or less cabbage. It's really crunchy and you forget you're eating cabbage.
