Weigh In

I hate to say this, but I forgot to do my weigh in until after I had eaten...and I started my cycle that day too...so, I can't say I wanted to weigh in! ha!  None the less, I haven't lost anything, but I can tell I am eating better...and feeling less sugary, if you know what I mean.  The less sugar I eat, the less I want it.  This is good, since, when I want it, there is no holding back:). 
My sleep hasn't been great, not sure why...I went to bed at a decent hour, but no getting to sleep.  Very unusual for me these days.   My time is also feeling sucked up, by good things, but sucked up non the less...so exercise has gone out the door, except for a couple of times!

That's ok. I am not weighing every day. I will measure every other week too. I thinkas long as we stay on track we will meet our goals.
