Dani's Journal 10 -CCCIII

Hey Ladies! How are you doing on the Nix? I am not getting all my 12 pts a day but have been careful not to subtract points.

I played two hours of Basket ball with my boys yesterday! I was way too competitive and hut my body. But it was fun. Jeje

Same here. I had a free day on Saturday but all the other days so far I have been careful not to subtract any points at all. Sure tests that willpower, though!!! If I eat "normally" I don't get the 12 points. Maybe I am just not eating that much during the day. Maybe you can help me out, here is a typical day:
Oatmeal for breakfast with fruit and yogurt (3 points for the grain, fruit, and protein that is in the yogurt)
A mid-morning snack (usually a hard-boiled egg or an apple/banana with peanut butter) - 1 point
Lunch is usually a smoothie which has a lot of fruit in it as well as milk so I count 2 points for that.
A mid-afternoon snack - same as morning - 1 point
Dinner I usually get all 3 points
But still that only adds up to 10. I guess I just have to eat more to get more points! just kidding :-)

well, my normal is 9 points. I did have to subtract for a couple of nibbles of brownie I made today. grrrr.

I am not sure the nix is a good way to lose weight. Maybe it works if you do it for a long while. It is just a little thing I made up one year. jeje.

WEll, this week is the 7th inning Stretch week! are you ready??
