Dani's Journal 6

Just really quickly, i wanted to say well done to all of you working so hard to make good choises and implement good disciplines. By the end of this challenge we should all have some really good eating habits.

This week, I burned 2,500 calories just in exercise and I am shooting for that again this week as I know that is what is making the difference.

This week is week 4 push for more! Double exercise points!

You are AMAZING with the exercise! There is just no way I can put in that kind of exercise time, but you go, girl! I am just going to keep shooting for my 40 minutes a day and if some days I get a bit more, I will be happy with it, but not expect it :-) With two little ones and homeschooling, there is just not enough time for the extra exercise!

I totally understand. I am actually only getting in 40 min of exercise too. The extra is the walking or playing time with the boys. It is tough to always fit it in. Hope you can keep at it too.

I've usually been getting 40 minutes in. It seems to be a great "maintenance" level for me. 2 years ago when we had the challenge I got in an hour a day, but it seems I can't squeeze that much time in now. Keep up the great work!
