Those are great tips! Yes, most of them are things we all know already, but some are things I didn't even think about before (non-weight-bearing exercise? Hmm, not sure how I will incorporate that into my exercise routine!!!)Although, I will say... it would have been nice to be able to just see all the tips in one place and not have to scroll through all those pictures!!!

I was thinking maybe we could copy and past the tips onto the blog and get rid of the link. Not many of us can and should look like that. Don´t want to give the wrong idea. No problems, If you can´t get to it, Sarah W, and don´t feel badly, there is a lot of good stuff out there and it´s the world we live in. Can´t live in a bubble that´s for sure. I think we all struggle with an image and it is good to be reminded that that isn´t necessary. Thanks for posting this. We will get the points copied. ;) Dani Joy
