My daughters are putting ceramic tile in our kitchen and adjoining dining room. I had a hard time preparing meals. I am also very tired from waking up so early several days in a row.
Breakfast: 1/2 C organic oatmeal with celtic sea salt and 2 T almond milk (plain)
Lunch: 1/2 Grapefruit
Snack: 1/2 Grapefruit and a few corn chips with salsa-oops!
Dinner: Turkey broth soup with veggies.
