DAY 2 - Anita

DAY 2 Thanks to those who are praying. I DID improve: did half the water, half the exercises, and all my fruits and veggies. Am excited to see if I can get all five points on day 3!
Brkfst= 2 fruit, 1 cheese, 1 bread,
Snack= 1 banana
Lunch= 1 large salad w/chicken
Snack= 4 cookies
Supper= Oatmeal
Snack=

1 VEG/FRUIT
0 WATER
.5 EXERCISE
0 NO SUGAR
1 POST

Day 2 Total = 2.5 points
Total to date = 3.5 points

You can! I will allow the half points for this post but from here out let´s only count half points for exercise.

It´s kind of a new challenge so we are learning.

Great job on getting more in and working toward your goals! you can do it.
