DAY 11 Saturday Anita

Doing greater on my water than I thought I would.  Just a half point for my exercises but still feel like I am keeping up with the basics.

Brkfst= cheese, toast, coffee
Snack= fruit
Lunch=hamburger, veggies
Snack=fruit
Supper=large salad
Snack= fruit

0 NO SUGAR
