DAY 15 Wednesday


Had fish my third day in a row, also got in my water and veggies. This is one of my only five point days~NO Sugar~!

Brkfst= bread, Peanut Butter
Snack= fruit
Lunch=fish, veggies
Snack=banana
Supper=pasta, tom. soup
Snack= crackers, tea
