Day 6 Anita

My first day to get all the points and making better choices on the foods. Now if I can repeat process. I did get my water in by seven so should be able to sleep some tonight!
Brkfst= 1 fruit, oatmeal NO sugar
Snack=
Lunch=2 eggs / salad
Snack=oatmeal/peanut butter
Supper=no bean chilie, veggies
Snack=fruit

1 VEG/FRUIT
1 WATER
1 EXERCISE
1 NO SUGAR
1 POST

Day 6 Total = 5 points
Total to date = 22.5 points
