Day 8, January 11

I am so glad that today I finally have all 5 points for the first time.
I wasn't sure that I was going to get in the exercise because I spent the afternoon studying for my Saturday Ladies meeting and taking care of my grandson, but I finally decided to take a break and once I got started, it was easy to keep going. The Lord is good!

Awesome job!! so poud of you for doing the shred and then some! you are amazing! keep on!

Often when we exercise it helps us to study better or helps us relax so that we can better serve. ;)
