This is what i did most of the time when i lost so much. Going to little to no carbs should help. We do have to eat differently than the family to get our bodies to change. For lunch I generally just have a smoothie since my husband is not home and I just feed the kids sandwiches. But then in the evening my husband is home so that is when I cook and that is when I actually eat a "real" meal.
