I have not read the Maker's Diet but I have heard it is good. I also think it's a good idea to set a time limit for yourself - you can always extend it, but that way you don't get too discouraged or want to quit if it is just "indefinite." Accountability is a great key to success. I'm not sure I could find all those foods in our stores, but I commend you for having a good plan and sticking to it. Yesterday went well with the fast and I did get in those 3 miles! I’m going to still follow Dani Joys idea of having a “Cheat day” once a week.
