We all fluctuate 2lbs...Yeah, it's hard to know. We all fluctuate 2lbs. I usually just write down the weight on the morning of the challenge knowing it will fluctuate. Then try to get down to my goal without stressing over the scale. I don't weigh everyday. And I definately don't weigh after a free day. :)<br />I don't want us hating the scales or this expieriance. I gained 7 pounds! *shaking my head in shame*<br /><br />I do have a question. Yesterday I weighed and I was seven pounds heavier, but today I was six pounds, a full pounds difference. It's hard to know what to use for a starting weight when it flip-flops like that.
