Alice also...Donna, AMEN!! ;) And Three Cheers! ;) <br /><br />Alice also did the Couch to 5K. My Dad calls it the couch potato 5K. I have heard such great things about it though. I thank God for the ability to run. It is envigorating. Praying and quoting scripture is a great way to get through and really enjoy it. I love quoting Psalm 121:1. I think I have it on the side bar.
