There is one called "Lose It" which I have but haven't used much, but my sister uses it all the time to track her calories. Hope you keep up with it. Portion control and good food choices are a key to weight loss. Getting into the habit of thinking about portion sizes before you go on furlough will be a help to you then. I used to keep a log but found that sometimes it was counterproductive, as at the end of the day I might say to myself, "Oh, I was "good" all day today, I can have a treat!" and then I would "undo" all the good I had done all day long! <br /><br />For me the sneaky calories usually come in liquid form. I found that when I keep a log, I don't eat as much. I'm thinking it's because I hate having to search for the items. I know, lazy, ha.
