Train Wreck !
Well, I certainly got derailed at the end of this week . . . no post, no exercise, bad food and that is what happens when your life gets busy like mine did this week. We had our state volleyball and soccer tournament on Thursday and Friday, and our Ladies Fall Seminar at church on Saturday. So the eating was irregular, and the time available for exercising non-existent, and the three pounds I have already lost, will probably be back some on the scale this Wednesday. But I am not giving up. At least I am thinking about it. The busyness of the season will continue over the next few weeks, but I will have to make some adjustments in my routine to get in the exercise, good eating, and posts. This is a short one tonight. Hopefully I'll have a more successful post next time. Keep crunchin' ladies!
I like that, "But I'm not giving up!" We all need to get back up and continue on no matter how many times we get off track. Come on Cindy, you can do this! :-)

I understand how the busyness of life can take over sometimes. I am glad that you are not giving up. That's what I keep telling myself.

Maybe, you can plan ahead and take some good food choices with you to the games, like we have to do for trips.

Just some ideas for the next time around.
I know when we have to do fast food I try to stay away from all carbs. Even take the croutons off the salad. Take the buns off the sandwiches too.
