Thursday Crunch In

Wow! I don't know about you but my 24 hours a day seem to be going by faster than normal at the moment.

Yesterday I completely forgot to weigh and measure, but I weighed in this morning...... Another 1.25kg lost. Woo Hoo :o)

I WILL fit some exercise in today's schedule, even if only my pilates class.
