Starting out with a bang

Well the official first day of the CCC was one of those crazy busy days where I wasn't able to fit any organized exercise in at all. However, today I think I made up for it. I got up and out the door early to get my walk/jog in before taking the kids to school. I did week 5 day 1 of the couch to 5k program which took 32 minutes. I would've stopped there but since we are back to only getting points for 20 minute exercise blocks I continued around the block for 8 more minutes. Ü

I enjoyed my weekly get together with girlfriends for coffee/tea and a croissant. Then I hurried home since the internet installation man had called and wanted to come at 12:30 to start the installation rather than the 3:30 appointment we had. My living room was a disaster with lots of clutter and stuff from our weekend trip that had not been put away. I worked at top speed for 1 hour solid running back and forth taking things to other rooms in the house and doing some power vacuuming. I was "glistening" by the time I was done.
