Hi Everyone!
I had to go 100 miles down the mountain to shop today so it wasn't a great day. I had a grapefruit for breakfast after exercising and drinking a qt of water with lime. I drank another qt of water when I returned and a few glasses on the road. The really bad thing is that my children wanted to eat at Subway so I got a baked chicken sandwich with veggies. I got their whole grain bun, but I am sure it had sugar in it. I only lost 1 pound this week. For dinner I ate fruit.
