Hi everyone,
I am very sore from the tiling and sealing yesterday. My heart rate and breathing actually were up for this, but I was unaware that you could get more than one point on anything. So I am good with points.
Breakfast: pancakes made with fresh ground whole wheat, cocount milk, eggs, celtic sea salt &
baking powder. I put nut butter on it.
Lunch: eggs
Dinner: Salad with kale, onions, spinach, tomatoes
1 pt Post
1 pt water
1 pt exercise
1 pt veggies
1 pt no sugar
86 points total
