Greetings Everyone,
Brunch was pancakes made with whole wheat flour, water, eggs, coconut milk, leveanings with hazel nut spread ( sugar), fruit plate and one cup plain coffee
Dinner: Roasted free range organic chicken with potatoes and large salad

1 pt exercise- 1 hr jumping, I am still sore from the tile work

1 pt veggie/fruit
0 pt sugar
