Hi Ladies,
I am back! My company left and I hope to get back into the swing of this challenge.
Today I did one hour of jogging and walking. It felt sooo good to get back into my excersise. It felt good running again.
Here are my points for today:
1 pt water
1 pt hour exercise
1 pt veggie plate (I made puchero and it is all boiled veggies with some meat to give it flavor)
1 pt for post
Total =4 pts
Total to date= 54 points
