I peetered out yesterday and today. I burned a total of almost 2000 calories in my workouts last week. This was a norm for me awhile back but, I think my body had gotten used to the 1,500 workout week. hmmm! Now, to continue to retrain. Praying to get in a heftier workout tomorrow. My schedule is going to pickup as I start teaching more English too.
