Here is my comida (our big meal of the day) I probably shouldn´t have had the potatoes but a little is ok.
1pt plate of Veggies and Fruit
1pt 1 L water
1.5 pt exercise - swimmig and walking
1pt No Sugar
1pt FB post
Day Total = 5.5 points
Breakfast - 1 mandarina 1 egg with cheese on ww toast, coffee and a small piece of SF chocolate
Lunch - pictured , desert- one yogurt SF no fat.
Supper- salad with tomatoes and queso fresco 3 chicken nuggets 3 french fries. to be honest. :)
