Okay, here is post number 1. I didn't get through half my water, no exercise, had sugar, and only got through half my fruits and veggies. Should I really be doing this? Yes I really should. I really need to do it. I can only pray to do better tomorrow.

0 NO SUGAR

Total to date = 1 point
YOu can do it! Keep on! Make a change on one thing a day until you get it all in . ;) Praying for you.
