I tell you this blog is really helping! I was tempted to blow off working out this morning in favor of a little more sleep. But I knew the rest of the day would be busy and I probably wouldn't have much luck working out later in the day. What with everyone wanting me to actually cook for them, etc. I thought about just missing a day, but then I realized I wouldn't be able to add exercise points. Plus, my workout partner will inevitably text me later to see what I've done today. Those two thoughts got me out of bed and on the glider. 40 minutes this morning while I watched an episode of Alias. The high action makes me go faster! Have a healthy day!
