Well, does the exercise count if I don't post about it? I just realize that I am not telling you my daily "routine". The first few days I went walking for 20 and 40 minutes each; I try to walk whenever I have a chance. On Thursday I worked out with Jillian's 30 day shred video. Friday we went on a mini vacation after worked. I have eaten a variety of goo and bad things, but I have exercised "fancy" (: Our hotel had a spa area with steam baths, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and exercise room). I tried it all, some on Friday and some today. I am home now. Tomorrow we have a church dinner (our church meets in our home). I am fixing a roasted vegetable salad (there will be other food). I guess I have to post the recipe separately. I'll do that. Keep it up!!
