Today is day #3, and I have exercised for 40 minutes today--Got a good booty workout with Yoga Booty Ballet! Ouch!
Trick or Treating has been a difficult thing to resist--I did have 3 pieces of candy, but at least I exercised today and drank lots of water--That's a step forward for me.
I even called the library and had them put Jillian's book MAKING THE CUT on hold for me. I can't wait to start reading it.
