In high school someone told me a pound eaten is NOT a pound gained! I was shocked! I don’t know how all that works but PTL this morning I'm
3 pounds lighter!
My husband wants to know if the men are going to get any points for being so patient during this program! He thinks he needs to lose weight…remember he still wore his junior high gym shorts until he was 40! Here is a good exercise program for the men…thanks, Anita 11-4

LOL! That cartoon is a picture of my husband...he can't find anything! My hubby is actually doing his own version of the challenge with me...he's walking outside with the dog while I do my workout... says the music from my dvd annoys him!
