Crunching in

Hey! I finally just got my act together and have officially joined. Looks like I'll have to work hard to catch up. I usually work out to DVDs. I did 15 minutes of the abs work on "I Want That Body" and 10 minutes of Pilates. Then I took the kids ice skating for an hour.
