day 2 with no bread!

This is my "crunch in" for Tuesday. I was good today. I ate well,
exercised and went to a nice music concert at the conservatory with
my family. I hope you all are doing great this week. Christmas is
coming QUICKLY! I am hoping to have a leaner back and sides. soon. I
guess I'll measure for the special points. I think I must be missing
something, because my points do not go up as quickly. Oh, well; I am
keeping on crunchin' anyway.

This is good news Maribel!! I need to do the no bread with you! I started to add a little back into my diet. But I think I better cut it back out again. ;) I feel so full tonight. had whole wheat bread with cheese and chorizo. Then hot appled cider with cinnamon tea.

I was wondering if you are counting 2 points for tips. Counting for every post 1 point? It´s your personal fitness journal.

Hi Maribel,
Hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving on Saturday with your family...and good for you for giving up on the bread. I´ve done that before...but this week my challenge was the 40 min. of exercise and I can only take one BIG challenge a week. Love, Joy
