Friday - Crunch in

After the 5 hours of workout at church yesterday, laying the new carpet (well, more like cutting and wrapping it around the new platform) I woke up pretty sore, so only did 20 min. on the rebounder. I am amazed thought that I had the energy to do the work and that I was able to get up this a.m. and only be sore. Heading into the weekend and praying in the midst of the activities, to keep my focus and make good food choices.

Good job Joy! Great to hear even ater a hard day you bounced and didn't have to collapse the next day!

oooo I was sore this week too! This is a good sign!

So glad you bounced still. I think bouncing sounds like the best way to exercise. Has got to be easier on the knees that´s for sure.
