This week I didn't make as much progress as I was hoping. My weight stayed the same. I just can't seem to get over the hump. It seems the only reason I'm keepin' up with it, is because I know that I'm accountable to you all and I want to get my exercise points:)
I did lose 2.5 inches, bringing the total inches lost up to 9.
I sure would like to see the scale move:) I'm going to try some new approaches in the week ahead. Sorry, don' t have a picture, but will post one soon.
