Portion Control

An easy way to help with portion control is to use smaller plates or bowls. When going through a buffet, use the dessert plate instead of a full plate. See if you feel full just by emptying your plate.

Great idea, I did that today, I had a veggie salad in a very small boll.

It does work! I bought a set of luncheon size plates a couple of months ago...we use those at dinner...sometimes I use the salad size plates, like for lasagna. I use soup bowls for salad, but berry size bowls for dessert.
