Week 2: Wednesday Crunch In

Logging in 9 miles this week. I'm tired. I did my measurements and they are all the same. My weight is 127lbs and my waist is 30 inches. I'm averaging 5-6 hours of sleep a night and I'm always worn out. Setting short term goals here: increase sleep, increase water intake, no eating/snacking after 8pm. That's what my goal will be for the remainder and into next week. Blessings to all!

I can´t even run 9 blocks, so I think it is awesome that you got in 9 miles :)
You might want to check out the Body clutter page that someone posted (from think).
It asks you to write down what time you go to bed and what time you wake up so that you can see how to get more sleep. Sleep is so important, so your decision to get more is great! Keep up the good work.
