Following Dani´s reccomend on the "Boot Camp Exercise" video, I did make it through 30 min.of that this morning. A few times, when I was unable to complete the exercises (that only happened 2 times), I would just continue, but try to do something that was difficult rather than just walking and moving.
Began Echinacea yesterday along with natural antihistamine drops so praying that my breathing can improve over the next few days. My goal for this week is to maintain 30 min. of cardio every day, while I add up points on the food.
Also would appreciate your prayers for strength and health as we head into the weekend for our church´s Christmas program. We will present it on Sat. and Sunday nights, because of space. Praying for new contacts and for hearts to be touched.
