Here we are already beginning our 2nd week. I´ve been able to do 20 to 40 min. of Tae Bo every day (except Sunday) and because it is harder exercise than say just walking, I´ve got some loss to report, yes!!! If I don´t have the strenght to do the 40 min. all at once, I do 20 min. in the morning and 20 min. in the afternoon. I have also broken it up into 30 min. a.m. and 10 min. in the evening.
Weight - 70.9 kilos ......today - 70.6 kilos
Chest - 104 cms. - same
Waist - 85 cms. - up 1 cm. - bloated this a.m. so not worried
Hips - 109 cms. - same
Left and right arm - 30 cms. same
Left leg - 62 cms.....today - 61 cms.
Right leg - 60 cms..... today - 59 cms.
This past week has been mostly spent working at home, which is always a bigger test for me when it comes to snacking between meals. I planned our weeks menu with a few new recipes which really satisfies the taste buds. I´ve been encouraged to take these baby steps and have been reading and rereading the 15 secrets to better health from "No Excuses Workouts". (I´ll post those later). What we think is so important. Praying that the Lord will help us all have focus and purpose as we continue "springing" during this 2nd week.
