Food tip

Sometimes I have a hard time deciding what to eat at night. After doing this 13 day diet, I got many ideas, specially I´m trying to avoid carbohidrates at night, even though is when I want to eat cereal the most.

Anyway, here is what I had tonight.
- 2 bolied eggs.
- fried shrimp with green sparragus and carrots. (As always I fried the veggies in olive oil and garlic.

Ketty...thanks for the ideas for the suppers. How did your 13 day diet go? I´m looking forward to hearing about it.
Glad you had fun on your hubby´s b-day!!! even if you blew that weekend, don´t worry, he only has 1 birthday a year : )

I think my final lost 4.5 pounds.
The good thing of it it gave me more ideas for food choices.
But I´m not sure I would recomended only if you want to lose 3 or 4 kilos. I mainly lost weight the first week.
